Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final video. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may result in a loss of deposit. Each booking includes: One full-day shoot with a single camera One full day of editing First video draft delivered within 7 days Up to 3 rounds of revisions included Final videos are delivered digitally once the remaining balance has been paid in full. Additional revisions, extended shoot time, or reshoots will incur extra charges. All deliverables are shared via secure digital link unless otherwise agreed upon.
