Cancellation Policy

This package is billed at a half-day rate, with the option to record multiple episodes during your scheduled time. To maximize value, we recommend planning accordingly. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the final edited files. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Each booking includes: Full audio setup and 3-camera shoot 7-day turnaround for edited video and audio Final versions delivered with titles and a provided intro All deliverables are sent digitally. Additional edits, graphics, or reshoots may result in extra fees. Audio episodes may also be submitted for airplay on The Houston Collective Radio to help broaden your reach.
